AirSense 11 ClimateLineAir Heated Tube

This Product DOES NOT Require a Prescription

Product Description

The ClimateLineAir heated hose is designed to work with the AirSense 11 series of CPAP and Bi-Level machines. These devices are commonly used to treat and alleviate the symptoms of sleep apnea. Research data suggests that when using a heated CPAP hose, "rain-out" (a common term for condensation build up in the tube and mask) is reduced significantly. The heated element within the tube keeps the temperature consistent from the water chamber to the mask, allowing for maximum humidification without excessive condensation.

Because it’s made by ResMed, you can count on this heated tube for reliable performance with the AirSense 11. For many users, heated tubing makes a huge difference in their comfort level in using a CPAP machine. The heated hose helps reduce dry mouth and other common complaints that come with CPAP usage. The ability to maintain the desired temperature and humidity with the ResMed ClimateLineAir heated tube is what makes the AirSense 10 and AirCurve10 stand out.

Easy Maintenance

Your ResMed AirSense 11 tubing should be washed weekly using warm water and a mild detergent, rinsed completely, then allowed to air dry. The heated tube should not be connected to the machine until it is completely dry. It is safe to completely submerge the hose in water as long as it is completely dry before connecting it to your ResMed device. Connecting the tube when still wet from cleaning it can have adverse effects on your AirCurve 11 or AirSense 11 CPAP machine. For optimal performance, CPAP machine tubes need to be replaced regularly; this hose is quick to connect and easy to disconnect for maintenance and replacement. Since there’s no prescription needed to purchase a new hose, there’s no delay once you place your order. You have the full freedom to choose the tubing that best fits your machine and your needs.

Key Features

The ClimateLineAir heated tube will automatically turn on the auto climate control once it’s attached to the AirSense 11 or AirCurve 11 CPAP machine. The auto climate control allows the machine to monitor humidity levels that are present and adjust both the heat setting of the humidifier and tube to achieve optimum humidity for a comfortable user experience. The ClimateLine Air tube features a 360 degree swivel that will allow for generous freedom of movement while keeping the electrical connection secure for the duration of your rest.

Special Features

The ClimateLineAir will only work with the ResMed AirSense 11 and AirCurve 11 series machines and will not work with any other CPAP machines or CPAP manufacturers.

Will This CPAP Hose Tubing Work with Any CPAP Brand?

How Do I Clean My CPAP Tubing?

To maintain the cleanliness of your heated tubing, follow
these steps: unplug the tubing from both your CPAP machine and mask. Gently
wash it with mild soap and warm water, ensuring a thorough rinse. Allow the
tubing to air dry completely before reattaching it. It is crucial to avoid
using harsh chemicals or detergents, as these can damage the tubing and
potentially affect its performance. Additionally, ensure that the tubing is
fully dry to prevent any bacterial growth and subsequent machine malfunction.

How Often Should I Replace My CPAP Tubing?

Your CPAP hose tubing should be replaced every 6-12 months
or if it develops any type of leak during use. Proper maintenance and care will
promote a longer lifespan of your CPAP hose. Please refer to your manual for

Heated Tubing for CPAP

This is the first heated tubing I've used in the 20 years I've been on CPAP. No more water condensation in tubing that drips on to my face. Air sSense 11 has automated heat control. Highly recommended\.

Always The Best

I am a long time resmed user and at first I did not think a heated tube would make a difference. I was totally wrong, especially in the winter when our furnace make the air dry. I'm not sure how this helps but I don't have as much gas when I wake up now.
