AirFit P10 for Her Replacement Headgear Strap

This Product DOES NOT Require a Prescription

Product Description

The AirFit P10 for Her replacement headgear strap holds your ResMed nasal pillow mask in place. The strap is a fabric material that will stretch over time and need replace to provide optimal comfort and performance. Oils from the users hair can also damage the strap over time which is why it is important to clean it regularly. Proper care and cleaning of the headgear means it should be washed weekly using mild soap, rinsed well, and allowed to air dry. Do not wash the mask or headgear in a washing machine or dishwasher.

The QuickFit headgear promotes a good fit without the need of Velcro tabs or clips. The elastic fabric headgear is designed to fit snugly. The split back straps can be widened apart for a looser fit or narrowed together for a tighter fit. The AirFit P10 for Her features a gray and pink headgear. The gray side is worn facing out, with the pink side facing in.

Do I Need a Prescription for This Product?

No, mask parts do not require a prescription for purchase. Often
you can prolong the life of your CPAP mask by replacing the headgear, a great
cost savings!

How Do I Know Which Headgear Size to Buy?

It is very important to confirm the correct model and size
of replacement mask headgear. 1.) While most CPAP masks use a standard headgear
size, some offer different sizes. 2.) Once a headgear has been opened from the original
packaging it cannot be returned. You can usually find the size of the headgear labeled
in the fabric, be sure to check there first. Not sure? Feel free to use our
live chat to speak with an agent for assistance.

How Often Should I Replace My Headgear?

Your mask cushion seal typically has a life span of 1-3 months,
however with proper care they can last up to 6 months. Signs of replacement will
be excessive mask leak and/or discoloration.

How Do I Clean My Mask Headgear?

You should consult the owner’s manual that is included with
your mask system. The rule of thumb for most headgear straps is to handwash and
let air dry. DO NOT PUT HEADGEAR IN DRYER. It is important to clean your headgear
weekly to remove oils, makeup or dirt that can lead to mask leaks.

I Want to Submit a Self-Claim to My Insurance. Can I Do
This?

In most cases you can submit a claim form for an out-of-net
network provider. You may receive reimbursement back from your provider
depending on your coverage and co-pay. The HCPC code for a CPAP mask headgear is
A7035.

Almost Perfection

I agree with Mario in that the strap at its maximum length is too tight. Strap needs to be available in a longer length for larger heads.

4 1/2 star

I would give it a 4 1/2 star, only down side is no adjustability. A bit pricey but all in all comfort makes up for it.

MY FAVORITE MASK So far

I have used this mask for 8 months and it is by far the most comfortable. There is a cincher (sp?) that comes with the head gear so that you can tighten it up. I think most people forget to use it but it is really helpful

Perfect Fit

Fits me perfect. Took a few weeks to get use to it but sleep like a log now.😃

Not the best.

Not well designed or good materials. Somehow holds the nasal pillow mask in place even though it acts as though not divided, and like a single strap. How do you get it off the mask? I managed to get three years out of one, but rotated with two other masks and had to sew up the headgear cloth as it's deteriorated. Also seems mighty pricey for a thin piece of stretchy cloth with two small clips attached.
