The COVID-19 Coronavirus has changed the way we work, live and yes, even sleep. We just want you to know that our mission hasn’t changed. Our mission is to provide you with the highest quality of customer service by connecting you to the CPAP products that you need at a price that you can afford.
1800CPAP.COM is an essential business and therefore not effected by any shelter in place or stay at home orders.
What has changed at 1800CPAP.COM because of Covid-19?
We have temporarily closed our storefront in March of 2020 because of the Coronavirus but still offer a safe and healthy way to get your products curb-side.
Our local customers are now encouraged to call us when you arrive and we will arrange for one of our staff to deliver your products to you curbside. Call 1-800-274-1366 and one of our dedicated staff will be available to help you.
New Health & Safety Protocols:
Keeping our staff safe:
These days our staff is a mixture of remote workers and on-site employees. Our on-site employees are given a temperature check at the beginning of each shift and are required to wear masks. The warehouse staff are required to wear masks and disposable gloves when handling any product. All employees are encouraged to follow CDC recommendations
We have also increased our janitorial services by adding deep cleaning services to ensure that we have the safest work environment.
Will my order be delayed?
We have been proactive in our relationships with our manufacturers so we do not have a disruption in our supply chain. This simply means we are still able to get all of the products we carry in stock with no delay. So you can expect to get your products on time every time.
