You can always shop with the confidence and security of knowing that you are purchasing a quality product from 1800CPAP.com. If you need to return a product for warranty diagnosis and the reported issue is covered under the warranty program, 1800CPAP.com will honor a warranty repair or replacement of that product based on the manufacturer's discretion and at NO Additional Charge to you. Please note that water damage to any device will not be considered for warranty replacement by the manufacturer.


Returning Your Warranty Equipment: How it all works

Contact 1800CPAP.COM to notify us that you believe your equipment may be defective or not working properly. If a return of your product(s) is deemed necessary and an approved RMA number is issued to you, please enclose a note in the return package stating what the problem seems to be. You can contact us via email at returns@1800cpap.com or via phone (800) 274-1366.

International Customers Please Read: International Warranty eligibility follows the same directions listed above. Please Note: Warranty and repair claims on CPAP and BiPAP/BiLevel machines that are purchased from 1800CPAP.com and shipped internationally MUST BE shipped back to our company in the United States for any warranty or repair claim. Example: Local Australian ResMed dealers will not service or repair ResMed machines that are purchased from the United States; they will need to be sent back to 1800CPAP.com for a warranty claim.

Please note this ONLY applies to products with manufacturer defects in material and Does Not apply to normal wear and tear on CPAP masks. Please read your owners manual for proper care and maintenance to promote better use and a longer life span of your CPAP mask and accessories.

A standard 90 day warranty is offered on all individual Pre-Owned, Open Box, and Refurbished CPAP and BiPAP Machine. If you have a warranty question about a particular machine please feel free to email products@1800cpap.com and we will let you know the specific warranty for the CPAP or Bi-Level machine you are inquiring about.

1800CPAP.com may offer extended warranties on select products for a low fee. These warranties are extended beyond the manufacturer’s warranty to give you that peace of mind knowing that if something should ever happen to your equipment, 1800CPAP.com will replace it with a new one at No Cost.
