A Tried & Tested Water Chamber Cleaning Tip
by Robby of Maui -
I’ve been using successfully the DeVillbiss Intellipap Standard Model for over 7 years. I’ve just upgraded to a new ResMed AirMini set up, keeping my DeVillbiss cleaned & stored away for backup emergencies. Here’s a DeVillbiss water tank cleaning tip: While firmly closed, drop 2 drops Dawn dishwasher fluid into the chamber intake holes. Over a sink, follow w/ very warm water to 3/4 full. Turn chamber sideways so intake holes are either pointing L or R. Shake vigorously to create cleaning suds for 2 to 3 mins. DO NOT HIT THE CHAMBER ON THE EDGE OF THE SINK NOR AGAINST THE FAUCET. Invert chamber pointing the holes into sink; shake out the sudsy water. Repeat warm/hot water filling & shaking procedure as above until no suds remain. Open chamber & air dry on a clean, dry facecloth w/ halves facing down to drain. Voilà! Easy-peasy!

I own this machine and change the tub often as needed. It works every time. Not really sure why the other reviewer posted that but I give it 2 thumbs up.
