Common Issues with CPAP Tubes

Heated tubes increase CPAP therapy comfort by helping to maintain heat and moisture delivered to your CPAP mask by your CPAP device. Some patients experience dryness and may find comfort in using a heated tube to control the air temperature they receive each night. If you suffer from nasal dryness, sore throat, or notice condensation forming in your standard tubing, upgrading to the appropriate heated CPAP tubing might be a quick and easy solution.

When considering tubing options, refer to your CPAP machine for the best fit. Always make sure you have the correct tube to receive the full benefits of humidification. If you have questions, please contact our customer service team via chat or phone call.

Cleaning Your Tube

To achieve a thorough clean, wash in warm water with a mild soap. Rinse completely and air dry for best results. Fully inspect the tube for any damage and replace if necessary. Most patients benefit from replacing their tubing every 3-6 months, however, replacement is dependent on each patient's needs.
