The Nasal Aire II adjustable black headgear straps and pieces are the same headgear that is provided with all the current Nasal-Aire II CPAP mask. Nasal-Aire II headgear is highly adaptable, some users prefer to use only a few pieces of this package when wearing their Nasal-Aire II CPAP Mask, but the complete black strap headgear package is always included.
