The 8 Cell Battery is compatible with the older Transcend II Sleep Apnea Therapy System and new Transcend 3 CPAP Machine however, it will not work with the Transcend 365 Travel Machine. The Transcend 8-Cell Battery can last 14-16 hours on a full charge at a pressure of 14cm. It will take 8 hours to recharge after completely depleting the battery.
The 8-cell battery allows the Transcend Travel CPAP to be used in areas where AC power is not provided. The user will have the freedom to use a CPAP machine in remote areas or even during their travel in a car, bus or train. If the user plans on being gone an extended period of time, it is suggested to have a couple of fully charged batteries to ensure the machine will be able to be used without needing to recharge a battery.
The higher the CPAP pressure the less time it will hold the charge. Use this extended battery when you are on the go; ideal for a Truck Driver or someone going on a long trip and will need to use their CPAP Machine during their travel.

Don't bother, I regret this purchase.

Good battery while it lasts, which was until 3 months after the warranty ran out. I have purchased two of these from different suppliers and both have failed completely within months of warranty running out, both only having been used twice. Twice. Not three times, twice. They are stupidly expensive for what they are and as they are defective lithium ion batteries, illegal for me to ship back to the USA to have repaired. Not worth buying.
I do not recommend these batteries (or any battery from Transcend) and will not be buying anything Transcend ever again. I now have a totally redundant solar panel charger.
