The ResMed Swift FX for Her replacement headgear is a 2 point CPAP mask harness that attaches to the mask frame to hold the mask in place. This head strap includes two pink fabric mask pads that attach to the silicone part of the mask to prevent marks on the face from the pressure of the headgear strap. The Swift FX for Her is a best seller among nasal pillow CPAP masks for women.

If you notice that you need to over tighten your headgear strap it is usually a sign that that your headgear has lost elasticity and should be replaced. The typical lifespan of a mask headgear is 3-6 month depending on how well you care for it however, it may not last as long if you do not clean it regularly. For best results you should hand wash and let air dry.
