The Philips Respironics OptiLife nasal pillow CPAP mask kit includes the nasal pillow mask frame and cushion with the optional headgear add-on to make a complete mask system. It is designed to be easier to use with features that make your life easier. The mask comes with advanced flexible mask tubing - at the critical point where the tubing meets the mask - to create an optimal seal in any sleep position. The OptiLife also has two cushion options - the traditional pillows cushion, which inserts into the nostrils, and the cradle cushion, which sits under the nose and functions more like a nasal CPAP mask cushion.
OptiLife features are designed to increase compliance. Its robust seal, two comfortable cushion options (pillows and cradle cushion), buckle-less headgear (optional add-on item), wide range of sizes and quiet design will help you to stay compliant with your CPAP therapy.

Best night sleep ever

I have been using CPAP for 6 years, and have always used a nasal mask. I used my original Comfort Gel until it finally broke. I then switched to a full face, which I cant stand, but it worked. I made the decision to try a nasal pillow. After much research, I chose the Phillips Optilife, and I am glad I did. The first night was fun getting the correct size pillows and headgear adjusted. I awoke refreshed and had a great night sleep. The nasal pillows fit so well, I hardly knew they were there. Gone are the indentions and marks on my face. Gone is the constant leaking of other masks. Gone is the waking up during the night to readjust. Just a long peaceful resting sleep. I highly recommend this mask for anyone else having problems with their current mask. Give the Optilife a try.
