Special Features

The Transcend AUTO provides positive airway pressure for treatment of obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) in adults weighing over 66 pounds.

The Transcend AUTO provides positive airway pressure to users in the range of 4 to 20 cmH2O as prescribed by the clinician.

The therapeutic pressure is automatically titrated by the device.

Buttons and LED lights facilitate control and provide operational feedback.

A DC power jack and a USB port are also incorporated into the Transcend AUTO.

Optional, Chamber-less Humidification. No more stocking up on distilled water. Instead of using a traditional humidifier that requires a water chamber, the Transcend uses a small, disposable hygienic heat moisture exchanger (HME).

The HME captures moisture from the patient's exhaled breath, which provides warm humidification to prevent nose irritation and congestion. HME technology is used daily in ventilators in the hospital setting.

Power Options: This machine can be run by a battery. The Transcend 8-cell battery can last between 14-16 hours on a full charge. There is also a 4-cell battery available which can last between 6-9 hours on a full charge.

The Transcend II also has a Transcend mobile power adapter so you can run your machine from a cigarette lighter. This option is great for truck drivers.
