This OptiLife nasal pillow CPAP mask includes all 4 sizes of nasal pillow cushion, mask frame, and short tube. This product DOES NOT include the headgear strap. It is designed to be easier to use with features that make your life easier. The mask comes with advanced flexible mask tubing - at the critical point where the tubing meets the mask - to create an optimal seal in any sleep position. This OptiLife includes traditional pillows cushions in size petite, small, medium and large. It DOES NOT inlcude the headgear strap.
