Product Description

The ResMed HumidAir 11 cleanable water chamber can save you money by offering the ability to clean it easier than a standard water tanks! The typical life span of a cleanable is 9-12 months versus 13-6 months of a standard model. Standard water tanks can become gross over time with build up hard alkaline from water and create calcium and lime build up. This is the water chamber tub for the AirSense 11 and AirCurve 11 series of sleep apnea devices. For best results and to promote a longer life of your water chamber use distilled water and empty your tub nightly.

Humidifiers are used in conjunction with CPAP (continuous positive airway pressure) devices to prevent dryness and irritation that could be caused by pressurized air. Poor design

by Jeff -

every tub I have gotten has cracked around the metal plate, the standard tubs crack instantly and then leak. This tub has several micro cracks but is not leaking yet. buying a second one so I can have a spare on hand in case the first one leaks too. And buying food grade silicone sealant to repair them.
