How Does it Work
Bongo Rx uses a simple method that mimics your typical breathing patterns.
- When inhaling, inhalation, small valves open allowing you to breathe normally through the device.
- When you breathe out, exhalation, the same valves close and direct the air through small vents that generate EPAP (Expiratory Positive Airway Pressure). EPAP keeps your airway open until you inhale again.

A GREAT product!

This works great for me. I only have mild apnea and don't need or want a big CPAP. I previously used Theravent strips - which worked well but were hard to get to stick conssitently. The Bongo gives the same EPAP but is much easier to use. I have found that towards the end of the 90 days they definitely need replacing - so make sure you do that!
epap works for me

I'd used the Theravent product but they stopped making it. I believe in epap. I have mild apnea, and just a bit of exhale resistance is sufficient. So much better than both Theravent and a cpap machine. Easy to travel with. Easy to clean.
